Fire rated doors and partitions
Warringtonfire have approved the Crittall-style internal doors and partitions W40 FR steel system with the following features:
Construction types:
Fixed partitions, single leaf and double leaf doors (latched and unlatched). Partitions and door sets are approved up to a height of 4 metres based on a BS-Assessment.
Fire ratings:
E30, E60, E90 and E120
Glass Types:
Pyroguard T-E30/6, Pyroguard T-E30/8, Pyroguard T-E30/10, Pyroguard T-EW30/15-1, Pyroguard T-EW60/15-1, Pyroguard T-EW90/15-1 and Pyroguard T-EW120/15-1
The slimline system W40 FR combined with Pyroguard’s fire safety glass offers increased flexibility meaning building safety does not need to be compromised when looking for contemporary aesthetics.

4F : system and performances
The 4F system is designed with a view to maintain the architectural concept of the final product internally and externally both in terms of materials and details. To this end, integrity only partitions and fully insulated systems are available that can, using diff erent profile sizes, frame materials, glazing types, and different hardware, be suitable for every project design solution. The system is capable of achieving fi re resistance from 30 minutes (E30) to 90 minutes (El90). These performance levels have been tested in the best European certifying laboratories.

AF EI 30 door system: system and performance
AF EI2 30 is an integrated system with accessories, seals and thermal break profiles 65 mm deep that allows for a wide range of fireproof doors and glazed partitions. They can be equipped with single or double glazing up to 40 mm thick. Each solution is equipped with a related set of certified accessories integrated in the system. The ability of not letting fire or hot fumes through (fire resistance E) is guaranteed by the particular structure of the profile and by a rebate double seal system. The ability to contain the temperature level on the side not exposed to the fire (insulation I) is guaranteed by the thermal break made of special fire resistant resins. The performance of AF EI 30 system has been tested by the best European certifying labs under the reference standards EN 1634-1.

AF EI 30 is an interior and exterior flush door system. The lateral and central sections have the same frame size of the EBE 65 system, 134 mm lateral frame sections.

The rectangular glazing bead is available in various sizes for different glazing thickness. It allows for high resistance required to meet the fireproof performance without the application of visible screws.

Three-wing butt hinges are adjustable and are supplied in galvanized steel, stainless steel, burnished stainless steel and corten steel. A three-wing hinge for flush doors is provided available in stainless steel.
